Thank you for considering Limitless Hair Studio to help celebrate your special day.

 Here we will discuss your hairstyle plans for yourself and the wedding party and schedule both a practice run and event day services. Our contract and cancellation policies will be reviewed and deposits for all services will be collected to secure the dates.   

This should be scheduled 3 to 4 weeks prior to your wedding. Bring everything any hairpieces, veil, jewelry you will be wearing. Please view this as your wedding trial run.  

• Wear your hair down, Clean + Dry. (washed the night before with no product in it)
• Bring along any photos or inspiration of the kind of styles you like.
• Bring your veil, wedding hair accessories, and earrings.
• Bring a photo of your dress so your hairstylist can get a sense of the neckline.
• Wear a white top (or whatever color your wedding outfit is)

Do any color touch-ups/hair trims at least 1 week before the wedding day.

Freshly cut hair may be harder to style in certain styles so be sure to make haircuts very simple and not too drastic as this could affect your hairstylist’s ability to create your wedding style.

• We will recreate the look we achieved during your practice run. The stylist will provide all hairpins and styling products. The wedding party can bring any hair ornaments or flowers they wish to use.  
• You are invited to bring in any drinks or food that you feel will make your day more special. We ask that this be prearranged in advance so that we can prepare space.
• It is of utmost importance to be on time for your wedding day appointment. The entire party should arrive AT LEAST 15 minutes prior to appointment time. Even starting 15 minutes late will put everyone behind and we do not want you to be late for your special day!
• Wear your undergarments under a button-front shirt so you will be ready to slip into your dress when your hair is done.
• Bring/Layout any tiara/hair crystals/jewel combs/flowers, or veil, etc.
• If your stylist is coming to you, set up an area for them to style your hair and your bridesmaids’ hair.
  • Consult your stylist to figure out how much room will be needed, as this will depend on the number of stylists scheduled and the amount of time allotted for hair and makeup.
  • If possible, choose a spot where there is plenty of natural light.
  • Have a low back chair for the bride to sit in.
  • Ensure adequate outlets for appliances. (2 outlets are sufficient).

Everyone in your wedding party is welcome to receive services with us on your wedding day as long as they are pre-booked and paid in full. We will not allow add-on’s last minute. You have 10 days prior to your wedding day to add/cancel any guests to your bridal services.

Please have the entire party arrive with clean, dry hair. We will not perform a wash and blow-dry unless this was prearranged due to time management. We cannot allow clients to wash or dry their own hair at the studio.  

Please make arrangements for your party to apply make-up before arriving or after leaving the appointment (if not pre-arranged to receive an application by a professional in the salon). We do not allow clients to apply their own make-up or style their own hair anywhere in Limitless Hair Studio.  

Please have all members of the wedding party be on time!! If members of the wedding party are not on time, this will make it difficult for the stylist to perform all services on-time and effectively. We reserve the right to NOT take late arrivals if the time does not allow, and late arrivals will not receive a refund on their services.    

We require a deposit of 25% of the total due. This deposit secures your appointment dates. We cannot book any bridal parties without the full deposit collected. 50% of the remaining balance will be due 5 weeks prior to the day of the event. The remaining balance will be due the day before the event with the final payment made in cash, money order, or via electronic payment (Zelle or PayPal). We cannot hold a wedding date without a signed contract and deposit.   

 You have 14 days before your wedding day to cancel all or individual services and receive a full refund (minus a $150 cancellation fee if it is the whole booking). After those 14 days expire, you will not receive a refund or be allowed to cancel any party members.
